I'll overwhelm 'credible fighter' Jake Paul - Joshua
Anthony Joshua will face Jake Paul in an eight-round fight which will be streamed live on Netflix.
British boxer Anthony Joshua stated he will "stamp all over" the American and "overpower" the American as the pair came face-to-face to publicize next month's heavyweight fight.
Former two time unified title holder Joshua meets YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul - in what is, theoretically, a huge mismatch - at Miami's Kaseya Center on 19 December.
Fighter's Attitude
"I will injure his face and break his body up. My goal is to show my superiority," Joshua, 35 years old, said.
"I will dominate him completely. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I intend to seriously aim to cause him pain. That's what I want to do."
Respectful Interaction
In spite of these statements, a calm Anthony Joshua and social media star Paul - usually known for his showmanship - were respectful and remained civil with each other.
Jake Paul instead criticized ex Joshua opponent the Cameroonian fighter and called him "ridiculous" after Ngannou declined a match opportunity.
Taking Aim at Fury
Joshua, in the meantime, criticized British opponent Fury - and rejected a million-pound wager 'Tyson Fury' claims he will make on a Paul victory.
"Jake Paul outshines Fury - he showed up," the boxer said.
"I respect him for that."
Legitimate Fighter
In spite of stating he plans to punish Paul, Anthony Joshua declined to comment unfavorably about his rival's pugilistic talent.
"Jake is a legitimate boxer," he remarked.
Jake Paul's Background
Jake Paul - who originally gained popularity on the Disney Channel - has mostly fought MMA fighters or past-their-prime fighters since entering professional boxing.
He was defeated by British fighter Tommy Fury in 2023.
Financial Success
However, the novice remains one of the sport's biggest commercial attractions, regularly earning massive financial rewards.
Prediction and Belief
The 28 year old predicted a knockout win in round four or five and claimed he would prevent the highly-expected Fury-Joshua bout, which is allegedly being planned for two years from now.
"The next fight will be my match with Fury next year," Paul declared.

As both boxers engaged in the usual confrontation, with their physical disparity clearly visible, it drove home just how improbable this complete situation is - and how remarkable it is that the fight is truly proceeding.
